Who keeps the software’s source code?
We settle this at the start and write it into the contract. With software developed specifically for you, the aim is that you do not remain dependent on us; the source code and files are handed over.
How is a project priced?
First we listen to what you need and put the scope in writing. The price is based on that scope. A figure quoted before the scope is clear is either inflated or grows later; neither is in your favor.
Do you provide support after the software is finished?
Yes. For maintenance, updates and new requests after launch, we set up a separate support agreement. Server, backup and security updates are monitored under it.
Can you take over my existing software?
We review the code and the infrastructure first. If it is in a maintainable state, we take it over and keep developing it; if not, we tell you plainly why not and what your options are.
