Definitions

“Customer” means a customer of 360DSGN.

“Customer Data” means the personal data, notes, reports, addresses and other documents that a User stores within 360DSGN.

“You” or “User” means a Customer, or a representative of a Customer, who uses the software and services provided by 360DSGN.

“Visitor” means a person other than a User who has access to the publicly available areas of 360DSGN’s software and services.

Responsibilities and Consent

The information you store on 360DSGN servers is yours. We do not concern ourselves with its contents, we do not use it without your permission for any purpose other than providing services to you, and we never sell it to others. If you reside within the European Union, we bear the responsibility of a “Data Processor”, as defined by the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), with respect to any “Personal Data” you upload to 360DSGN servers. You may change or delete this information at any time, and you may arrange and manage access rights to it as you see fit. Control over the information you store on 360DSGN servers rests entirely with you. For this reason, 360DSGN does not have the obligations and responsibilities of a “Data Controller”, as defined by the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), regarding the collection and use of any Personal Data contained in Customer Data. When you need support with the use of 360DSGN services and software, we make every effort to assist you. However, because of the measures we take to keep your data confidential, our support team may not be able to access your stored information or observe the problem you describe. Even in such cases, you should not share your access passwords with our support staff and, with all responsibility resting with you, you should share only as much information and as many screenshots as are sufficient to describe your problem. If, for any reason, you grant a member of our staff permission to access your account in order to receive support services, you are responsible for ensuring that your Personal Data is protected. We collect information from a variety of sources, including our website, mobile interfaces, clients, third-party providers and websites, APIs, SMS, email and other communication channels. When you use 360DSGN services and software as a User or a Visitor, we may collect Personal Data. This may include the following information: Personal registration information: When you register with 360DSGN as a User, you may provide certain information about yourself, your company and your colleagues. This may include names, job titles, telephone numbers, email addresses, occupation, language and other information. Usernames and passwords: You choose a username and password to identify yourself to 360DSGN as a user. This information is associated with your personal account. Company information: 360DSGN may ask you to provide information about your company, including its industry, organizational structure, employees, business volume and locations. Information about others: While 360DSGN services and software are being used, information about other people, whether or not they are 360DSGN users, may be entered and stored in order to provide certain functions. These may include Customers’ own customers, suppliers, service providers, contacts and others. Data: Users may enter various types of data into 360DSGN, including meeting notes, comments, projects, scheduled events, activities, links and others. Location: 360DSGN may at times ask for location information or offer the option of entering it. We may also determine your location from your network address or from information provided by the clients or service providers you use to access 360DSGN. Social network connections: Some of the information you enter about yourself or others may be used to identify social network profiles and data. Links: You may enter external and internal web links into 360DSGN. By using 360DSGN services, you consent to all information collected being used in accordance with the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

During your use of 360DSGN services and software, you may collect various information belonging to your customers and their users. Matters relating to the collection, use and deletion of the information you store in 360DSGN are your responsibility under the applicable laws and regulations.

You may be given the option to access or register with 360DSGN using the username and password of certain services provided by third parties (such as signing in with your Google account), or the option to authorize an Integrated Service to provide other information to 360DSGN. We may obtain information, including Personal Data, from third parties and business partners and from sources outside 360DSGN, such as advertisers and Integrated Services. When we use third-party services to deliver these, we make sure that we do not disclose information that would lead to you being personally identified, and we handle Personal Information in accordance with this Policy.
